I recently purchased a 2016 XJL of which the original owner had affixed a front license plate. I removed the plate and bracket and unfortunately, there remains two small screw holes in the base of the upper grille. The car is pristine, with the exception of this slight blemish however, it's the only thing I see when I open the garage! I will change it out, if it isn't too difficult but I cannot find any instructions online? Any assistance is greatly appreciated...

It's up to you but a lot of guys use plastic push pins painted to match the bumper.
Not as invisible as changing part of the bumper but a whole lot cheaper!

I just got a $120 ticket for no front license plate myself!
