Battery discharges in the cold

Replaced the battery a couple months ago. It was as time. 2011 XJL

Now every time the temp drops the battery is dead. It charges right up and will last for weeks. Assume it's not alternator.

Thoughts?

Good quality battery or cheapest you found?
If you did not had this with earlier battery, then after recheck the tightness of terminals return the battery and ask working one.
