I do not see NAV button on the touchscreen, but there is a NAV hard button.
I pressed the hard button but nothing happened.
Does this mean I have no navigation system? or it needs to be fixed?
It's a 2012 XJL.

 

kayas, when you start the car, you should see the radio screen have 3 buttons on the left side of the screen. The top one should be for the radio, the bottom one for the climate control and the middle one is for the NAV. If that is not there, then the radio has not installed that device. In this case, a trip to the dealership will be most likely needed as you have a problem with the car. The question I have is if you have ever been able to use NAV? Or did you just buy the car and thought that you had to access the NAV some unique way. It is my understanding that all XJ's were programmed from the factory with this.

On my screen, there are Radio, Phone and Climate buttons. No Nav at all.

 

I see from your Personal Profile that you're in Thailand. Because Jaguar configures cars differently for various markets, the advice you get from Forum members in the USA might not apply. If an Owner's Handbook came with with your 2012 XJL, read the sections pertaining to configuring the touchscreen. I'm not sure if yours is the same as mine, but the display on my 2013 can be customized to show different functions. Maybe the navigation simply wasn't set up and that's why you don't see it.

It's also possible that navigation was an option that wasn't included on your car. You should be able to determine that by a VIN check, which will list all of the features on that car when it was built. Here's the VIN Decoder link:
