Default Deals on 2012 XJ

Does anyone know what kind of deals are being offered around So Cal dealers on 2012 XJs? Last year around this time, I saw a number of dealers offering around $4000 off sticker.

I believe the dealer in Pasadena is still offering $20k off of new 2011 XJ's.

Thanks for the info. Both are very nice to know. Does anyone know if there are any XJ with the Sport Pack in the showroom now? I'm interested in the package even with the stiff pricing. Just like the look better.

$20K off? Does that mean ~$71K for a 2011 Supercharged? Are there any 2011 SC left?

Since their website doesn't show the discounts, I just called a salesman and he confirmed that this discount still is available, but on the Supersports only. There are only 5 left in stock though. He also stated that there may be more reductions available.

I went to Rusnak yesterday and they were really trying to push the 2011 Supersports with $25k discount. The vin #s are all in the 13000 range. Their story now is that Supersports for 2012 are only available by special order. Nice spin for noboby wanted to pay the $30K+ premium over the Supercharge.

I visited a couple of other dealers in town and it seems that none of the sales reps was even aware that the Sport pack was available on the XJ.

The Supersport was supposed to be special order only in 2011 also, but a lot of dealers dummied up sales orders to bring them into stock and are now sitting on them because of the big premium over the Supercharged. Not really worth that much extra money IMHO.
