Engine Misfire On One Bank Trouble Shoot 5.0L S/C
Finally got time to compare with the range Rover with the healthy engine.
Timing was the same but the fuel rail pressure is way closer to desired. And it's fully warmed up. Hits around 1400psi while mine doesn't come that close. My xj stays around 950psi.
So I think ive found the cooperate now. It's fuel
Spoiler
Without proper pressure the fuel do not atomize on injection and stays droplets. Droples do not burn as well as an high pressurised atomised spray.
Like i wrote earlier, the lost of cross hatch honing in cylinder walls on your pics looks like fuel wash.
Most important is that you found the issue.

Great work using SDD! It will do a heck of lot if you know how to operate it.
As I posted above I think your problem is low fuel pressure for whatever the reason.
Now I will say I don't like your steering wheel cover!

Haha! Blame my mother, every car she gets she puts one on. I told her it's dangerous but she still does it. And as we all know, these JLR vehicles have heated steering so I would never put one on but hey, it's her truck😭
That's the thing about Land Rover - they call half of the Land Rovers now made some type of Range Rover.
Sports, Velars, Evoques....
It's the sport, which ever body style this is
Yes, that's the L320 "Range Rover" Sport, unless it's 2014 or more recent, then it would be an L494 "Range Rover" Sport.
The L322 was the full sized Land Rover Range Rover from 2003 - 20012 followed by the L405 from 2013 - 2021, then the L460 from 2022 to present.
Back in the day there was only one Range Rover in the Land Rover line-up (Range Rover Classic followed by the P38 before the L322 Mk III introduced in 2003), and then other models such as Discovery, LR2, etc. Then LR management decided they could capitalize on the prestige of the Range Rover by spreading it around.
But the Sports are very popular & nice too.
It's as if Jaguar would have taken the XJ moniker and applied it also to the XF and XE platforms to add to the prestige.
