how to change this seatfilters in fondseats ?

Michael, the filters are under the seats, centered side to side, more towards the rear of the seat as I recall. If you are looking for a cheaper filter than what the dealership offers, just go to your local auto parts store and ask them for the seat filters for the same year Ford F-150. Same filter, just has a Ford logo on it and the cost is much less.

To change, feel under the seats until you find the filter, grasp the edge and give the filter a slight twist and then pull straight down.
