emadkomar1, this has been a topic of discussion on here lately. This is what I want you to try: using a jack, raise the front end of the car off of the ground and support the car via the frame (not by the suspension) such that both front wheels are off of the ground for a period of say 2 hours. As quickly as you can, lower the car back down to the ground and take it for a spin over a bumpy surface. Does the noise appear to be gone/severely diminished? If yes, then your problem is the bushings for the sway bar. These bushings are known to get deformed over time we are finding out and this will allow a gap to form around the sway bar and allow it to move a little as the suspension works, resulting in the knocking that you are hearing.

+1

Sway bar bushings are always the first suspect when it comes to front suspension clunks.

Here is what was replaced on my SuperSport when I had clunking and rattle in my front suspension and it cured the issue. This repair was over six months ago and still no issue.

Thank you for sharing this information, but I'm still looking for trusted technicians who could do to work in my area.
