Default Gearbox Oil Change and Shifting in Dynamic Mode

Hi guys,
I am having some questions regarding the 3.0D 6 speed gearbox 2010 Jaguar XJL
maybe someone knows something.
How is your transmission behaving on Dynamic mode when using paddles. Is it smooth or do you feel the gear changing? I feel like a small shock when i shift and I was wondering if this is normal.
I also hear a buzzing sound when I am shifting the gears at low RPM only when in 1st and second gear.
And finally has anyone changed the gearbox oil? It is recommended to be changed or not. I've read different threads on different forums and no one knows exactly. Some says that is sealed for life and some that it is nonsense and needs replacement. What do you think? My car has 115000 miles.

Cheers

To that point also, does anyone know if the 6-speed unit is a ZF transmission? I hear that the ZF trans units are sealed for life and that the synthetic fluid never shears, breaks down, or gets contaminated due to the sealed design. ZF did the 6HP26 unit in the X350 and the 8-speed unit in the 2013+ models, but I can't find anything on who designed/manufactured the 6-speed trans in the 2010 - 2012 models. Are the service parameters the same as the ZF?

As for fluid changes, Jaguar has had many things that were "sealed for life" that later they changed to recommend to have the fluid changed periodically. Also, go to your local dealership and see if they don't push a fluid change on the tranny. That to me would be the biggest teller.

Along the same lines, I don't know of a single lubricating fluid that doesn't experience some break down over time. This is especially true if the fluid is subjected to high heat. While our transmissions should not see high temperatures, in adverse conditions, it could see them. So, I see a period fluid change (say ever 50K miles) is just good insurance to have a car that lasts a long, long time.

I can confirm that shifting in dynamic mode is more aggressive, i can feel kick in the back.
