Default Getting a new XJ on Monday - your opinion

So, I'm able to get out of my 2014 XF lease 10 months early, and into a new 2016 XJ R-Sport for only $15/month more, and (first payment +$1500) upfront.
There is a special program on some of the leftover 2016 XJs, but not all of them.
The one I'm to get (the only one eligible to capture all the incentives in local invetory) is a white one. The cashew/truffle interior and everything else on the car I'm fine with.
I'm not sure about the XJ in white, and my last 3 XFs were black.
Please tell me the XJ in white is not so bad.........

The XJ in white is beautiful! I wanted a white XJ when I bought mine but I could only find the Supercharged models in black. I still love my car, but I'll always wish I got it in white.

White XJ's are cool like a Siberian cat. Just don't get the black rims.

That's a very good deal. They must be trying to unload the big sedans, as everyone's buying crossovers and SUV's.

Just don't do white with black wheels, I'm not sure why Jaguar offers this option

You'll find that a white car is much easier to keep looking good than a black one. I've had both, and I'd take a white car over black any day!

yidal8,

I agree with Dwayne - I'll never have another black car again. But personal tastes vary - and that's why car manufacturers offer a variety of colors.

My 2013 is white with the cashew/truffle interior, and IMHO it is classic British elegance, particularly the wood trim:

Thank you all. It's 3.0 AWD XJ with standard 19" wheels. Only options are the electric windshield heater (which is also on my XF), and protection pack (I think matching rubber mats, and something for the trunk?).
I'm walking away from my XF with almost 36,000 miles, just before she will need 4 original tires replaced and (based on my previous 2 XFs) probably rear brake pads soon......
Also, I had the 2nd service (@30K miles) done at local indie few months ago, and saved over $300 compared to the dealer.
So, it appears to be working out nicely for me this time around.....
