I live in metropolitan NY and the HD radio channels seem to go in and out al the time. Literally 2-3 times during one song. It is like having an old radio without an antennae. If I turn off HD it is clearer but sound is not as good, and ever since software upgrade the off selection on HD will reset every time car is turned off.
Does anyone else have this radio reception experience who lives in metropolitan areas?

 

I live in Boston and we have a few HD stations, I didn't notice anything of that sort. But I'm usually bouncing around between the AM/FM/Sirius/Ipod so I haven't listened to it for a long period at a time but we do have less tall *** buildings like NYC
