Any tips on finding someone to repair my headliner? As I move the shade forward for the front sunroof, I see the liner is coming apart, which is causing issues with the shade when trying to close it.

Whatever you do, do not do it yourself.

There's ones on eBay if you have the L, you can always order that and have a professional install it. You will have to remove your front windshield.
