Default Jacking locations - other than the sills

I was wondering about jack locations on the X351. Where do you place them?

Please don't tell me to read the handbook, I know where the standard locations are on the sills (rockers). What I'm looking for are additional solid locations for axle stands, at the front and rear.

How do I go about lifting up the front or the rear? The handbook has dire warnings about uneven jacking twisting the body. So let's say I lift it with a pair of trolley jacks on the front or rear sill locations, evenly, and I have adapters so the sills aren't crushed. Where do the axle stands now go?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

I put the jack stands under the portion of the subframe near the big bushing on the banana control arm. On the rear subframe, there's a similar flat section.

This page is from the workshop manual and shows both jacking and axle-stand points.
One point to note: If you're going to lift the car to put it on axle stands it should be lifted using two jacks - one on each side. One jack will twist the chassis.

Is there any literature from Jaguar related to "chassis twist" as you have to jack the vehicle pretty high to change the tire.
Jacking up one side and placing a jack stand, then jacking up the other side for a jack stand shouldn't be an issue?

Jacking just to change a tyre (tire ) shouldn't be a problem as the suspension and give in the other tyres would compensate for any twist. I think this refers to jacking up high enough to work under the vehicle. You need to do it in pairs, preferably one end and then the other rather than one side and then the other.
