Default Jittery/wobbly headlights?

I noticed when driving, on bumpy areas the headlights (or the headlight part that moves around when steering wheel moves) seem to jitter a bit ( not stay true), has anyone seen this before? I noticed this that they appear to slightly "bounce" up/down like a bobble head when driving over uneven. Is this normal or should i take it to shop?
Its not very evident and isnt a huge deal but wanted to check here

Mine doesn't do that, you may want to take it to the shop.

You have asked many questions and I refrain from replying to any forum member that asks us to be mind readers. All we know is that you drive an XJ but you have no year or model mentioned. It would be nice if you created a signature that tells model year, model, and XJ or XJL.

Sonic--have read your two previous posts and based upon your experiences sounds like you're ready for one of those other cars like a BMW, M-B, Lexus, or when it's ready the new Lincoln Continental.
