Sorry for beating a dead horse with exhaust threads. I just purchased a 2012 XJL with very low miles. I am interested in looking into aftermarket exhaust.

I have a difficult time finding good recordings of Mina and especially RSC. Honestly RSC in their video sounds fantastic. I just sold my F-Type and miss the pops, would like to get back there. I don't mind if it sort of changes the feel of the vehicle - I can enjoy it while listening to the exhaust grumble!

Does anyone have any good RSC videos?

If you want the pop on up shifts and multi popping on downshifts go with the RSC! Here is my XJ tearing up a parking lot. I have had a smaller pulley installed and dyno tune thru Eurocharged Performance. Hope this helps!

It does rumble quite a bit under heavy acceleration. So I put Dynamat sound deadener inside my entire trunk. Two bulk packs run about $260 and I did the install myself. Money well spent! Sound from the exhaust is kept outside and I can enjoy my music inside.

Wow! On bags too?
do you have another video maybe focusing more on the exhaust sound specifically? Like a couple revs and/or drive?

Since theres such a huge difference in price I am just trying to hear more!

No bags, she just sits so nicely on 24” Lexani’s. No rubbing or issues. Anyway, the phone kept cutting the videos when it popped here’s what I could get.

15lbs each. I have 2 so about 30lbs. I’m not all that worried about a little extra weight for a quiet cabin. At the quarter, she still runs 12.5 and better with the 24’s.

The compressor is for the rear air suspension. The front is not air.

Ah I see - I assumed you had swapped and running that compressor for all 4, which would have been the first XJ I've seen like that. Thanks for the videos.

No, but Mr. Chai I like the way you think! Haha your welcome. I wish someone helped me when I was shopping for exhausts. I feel like I made the right choice.

I contacted RSC, sounds like they discontinued this exhaust! Too bad - I guess I will be okay with the Mina. It still sounds pretty good.

Any good exhaust shop, that works on performance cars, can build you a system to sound the way you want. And likely for the same, if not better, price.
Since we're limited on ready-made exhaust kits for these cars, I found that was the way to go.

After trying out a few things, I found that leaving everything stock and just swapping out the mufflers was what worked best for me.

I have heard Matt's car and it sounds great! Nice low rumble and no drone.

I've got the Mina Gallery on mine- its a no-brainer. Its the perfect tone, IMO.......I wouldn't own another Jag without it.
