Just brought my car in because cluster below touch screen is dead, no a/c, no fan, no nothin. In addition they can't find the rattle in the rear sun roof area that the last service created when they were fixing a pillar crack and pop noises. in addition they found both front wheels damaged. These low profile tires and wheels are ridiculuos for metropolitan areas. I have had numerous BMW's and never had the problems I have with these tires and rims.
I actually brought the car to Great neck Jag because I gave up with the service dep't at Heritage. They made things worse each time.
Surprisingly, Great Neck would not do the daytime running lights for free as someone on the forum said they did for them.

How was the repairs at Great neck ? satisfactory or not?

 

Obviously I was annoyed that they would not do the daylight running lights for free.
They could not find the rattle and I think now that the weather has warmed up considerably in NY it is not as prevelant.
Tec guy was really good, service manager typical non helpfull.

 

I live in the ny metro area and last week with all the rain the creaking was nonstop , the warm weather has made it disappear I now have just the pops, I may wait till the noise comes back before I bring it to dealer
