I remember back in the day the XJ's used to feature an exit memory where the seat would move back and steering wheel move up.

did they remove that feature? I cant find any information about it anywhere

 

I have this on my X350, but turn it off by moving the control to a "set" position as I found it was a PITA. Seemed nice when the salesman demonstrated the car, but I got fed up waiting to go back or forward, and anyway it seemed to make getting in and out more awkward rather than less.
