Default Oil Overfilled

The dealership changed my oil yesterday. This morning, I checked the level, and it is over filled. Is this dangerous? Will it cause a leak? Should I take it back? 2019 V6 Supercharged Petrol engine.

Overfilling can blow oll seals (in other engines.., and not sure how it would affect the oil vapour recirc system - we have enough problems with oil mist in the intake system already!). I'd take it back and drive it as little as possible until they take some oil out

If oil in pan hits rotating parts it will foam and make microbubles. These will lower oilpressure what can have serious bearing issue.

Don't take it back - don't drive it! Get them to come and remove some oil where you live.
