Has anyone come across this code before? I'm not feeling any performance issues, and the code is listed as a permanent one. Does that mean that the sensor has failed rather than it is sensing out of bounds?

Topix advises a fuel pump replacement for the code, which I can do but curious whether there are any other potential causes. The permanent nature of the code is the bit that has me the most curious.
