Parking brake fault

Hi, my car xj6 2009 x350, actually 20.500km. Last week yellow and red break indicators on, in the left side. Permanent noise while the car is moving, that change when the break apply. Rear disc only in right side is damage with lines and scars. I think, the car is moving with parking brake on. What I have to do, to unlock parking brake? Thank you for your help
