Playing music through Bluetooth
There isn't a lot you can do when playing music through Bluetooth - volume and track advance is all I've been able to do. Even the track info doesn't display. If any additional functionality is available, I'd be very interested.
You can use the right control on the 5-button controller on the left side of the steering wheel (where up/down is volume), or the forward/reverse buttons on the dash. I stream through an iPhone 4 but imagine that the 3's should be the same.
Track info (Title, Artist, Album) shows up on the touchscreen with Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and later versions. Any voice commands or other functionality would have to be the responsibility of the music player App, not the car voice system.

Thanks Delta. I have paired my Android with JellyBean 4.3 so I can answer my phone in my 2005 XJ8. What I now need advise on is how to stream music from my phone to my car radio using the bluetooth connection. Any suggestions?

Does your car have an AUX input? You can buy a small Bluetooth adapter that will stream audio through the AUX jack.
