Hello everyone, 1st post here. Started looking seriously over the past few months for a 2016 to 2019. Pretty shocked to see high mileage 16's in the mid thirties and low mileage 19's as high as 70's. For those of you that have been here long term, how was pricing pre-pandemic? This seems crazy to me. Thanks for your insight.

 

Part of this is no new XJ coming, people who like them have to keep them around rather than trade out for the newest model

 

I bought my 2012 XJL Supercharged for 29k out the door with 30k miles on the engine. This was in November 2018. This was overpriced for the time but the spec was hard to find.

 

I bought my 2019 XJ50 in July of 2020. It was never titled Jaguar executive driven with 2200 miles for $63k Sticker was 99K.

 

It's elevated but not as elevated as the recent peak - used car market has softened in the last month or so

High mile 16s (think 70-90k range) might be trending toward $25-$30k now

This one I had inspected by a body shop mech - inspection clean despite prior work from an accident - will sell for below $25k - has sat for months on Craigslist
