Hello

can anyone help me with this? I am trying to remove the puddle lights from my XJ 2011 but I cannot really see how to manage to remove them
All help would be great

Geoffey, if you tilt the mirror all the way up, if you look behind the mirror, you will see a little slot. You need to slide something in there to release the tab that holds the clear lens in place. If I remember right, you need to remove the mirror from the mirror housing to be able to release the tab correctly.

 

I can't recall exactly how I accessed the bulbs on mine, but I for sure didn't need to remove the mirror. I think I used a curved pick or something to claw out the housing from underneath.
