Lights (headlights, tail lights and side lights) pulse when engine and lights off
What would make the headlights and tail lights flash, or pulse for a split second, every 5 seconds, when the engine is off and the lights are off. I noticed it becaust it also pulses the "lights on warning buzzer", under the left dash panel. If I pull the side light relay (which is the blue relay, second from the front), above the left wheel, the pulsing stops. Of course, without the relay, my tail lights are inop.
I don't want to have to pull the relay every time I park the car, now do I? Then again, if I only drive the car in the daytime, it's not a problem as the brake lights, signals, etc. still work.
Anyone have this problem, or have an idea of what it could be?
Thanks in advance!
Darren

Yes! I was thinking the same. I unplugged the SS1 connector (at right tail light) 16-Way Sumitomo Block (natural), to Security System ECU....and the problem is gone. Damn security systems anyhooo! If anyone knows what went wrong in that system, please post. Thanks to all!
