I lost connection in the middle of a phone call. Now my phone will not connect to the bluetooth and the radio does not work. The Satelite radio however still does work? I tried pulling the fuse to the IAM and nothing changed. Anyone dealt with this do I need a new IAM? What a ridiculous problem for a 10 year old car to have.

Has the car been scanned with SDD for codes?
It's hard to fix stuff without knowing what the problem is?

Unfortunately, I only have a OBD reader. My car, radio, bluetooth, CD player and navigation are not working. However the satellite radio is working. I pulled the fuse for the head unit and the symptoms did not change at all.

 

Any chance you can find someone with a working SDD? I think it would help a lot.
What reader are you using? There are a couple of pretty good Jaguar scanners.

Have you seen this thread? Might help you decide which one to get? Long thread but it has a ton of information in it.

Ended up just buying the used head unit off eBay for 120. Took about 20 minutes to pop off trim, move the climate panel swap the part. The large plug was a little sticky. And put together again.
