I have a 2015 XJ-L. On the Sat. radio, add a song. It add's the song fine, but when the song plays again, instead of a little tone to let me know, I get this very loud ding, and I mean loud. Almost enough to give you a heart attack !
Anyway, I have been through the menu, and can not find where to turn the volume down on that one feature. Found every other one, but not that one.....anybody know how to turn it down ?

 

I've had the same problem until I got a new update a few weeks ago...seems to have fixed it by lowering volume of notice.
