Registration plate bulb replacement
Hi guys,
I've got a 2014 XJ and one of my registration plate bulbs has blown so I've went and bought a new pair but I can't get the lens out to change it.
I read the manual and it said to use a flat head screwdriver and turn 90 degrees but there is nothing to turn when you put the screwdriver in. I've put it so far in I can feel the metal behind the rear bumper! I tried to lightly force it but that won't work either and I don't want to damage it so I was wondering if anyone else has ever had the same problem or whether both lenses are faulty and need replaced under warranty.
Thanks for the help.
Gio.

Hi guys,
false alarm. From the way the manual was worded I thought there was a little screw I had to turn but it turns out it just needed a little bit more force than i would have liked but I got it done.
Thanks anyway.
