Replacing the additional battery on the TCU control unit, since the control unit is located behind the backrest on the driver's side, my question is now does anyone know how to remove the backrests from the individual seats with massage function?
According to the Jaguar Topix instructions, after removing the seat, there should be a "kind" of cord or rope to unlock it, but unfortunately I don't have that.

Unfortunately, the Jaguar workshop could not dismantle the backrests either.

Maybe one of you has a tip?
My Jaguar is BJ. 2015, 2016 model. I am assuming the correct replacement battery is part number T2R23864
