How to remove rear seats 1997

I'm trying to remove the rear seats from my 1997 XJR.
The bottom was easy, but I can't get the top part (with seatbelts atached to it) out.

Removed the 4 screws at the bottom, but the top still seems connected somewhere?

Move vertically up to unlatch the top portion
