We have a 2011 Jaguar XJL equipped with satellite radio. It has worked for the four years we've owned the car and our subscription is paid up. Suddenly, this morning, the audio touch screen showed it could not acquire the radio. We scrolled through all of the model to see if that helped, and now it does not respond to the Sat Radio button at all. We press it and nothing happens, no radio ID, no settings, nothing. It stays on whatever other audio setting it is on, or on nothing with all others not engaged. It does not seem to be the satellite receptor itself, because the Sat Nav is still working fine. Does anyone know how to correct what seems like a radio or software error?
