What lead do i need to connect my laptop to the car to use SDD? not interested in any other software as have access to use this but there are so many different ones.
Ideally am looking for a link to the correct one from someone that all ready uses this setup. Car is a 2014/15 year if it makes any difference thanks.

 

I think the best option is the original Ford Rotunda vcm1. These were used by Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda & Volvo. The official list is in the attached TSB but many people, including myself, use the mongoose cable such as this cable

 

I use a mongoose and haven't had any issues. I believe there are some issues with module programming but I have only programmed one of mine. It works for all other service functions. but If you have the money get the Rotunda vcm1

 

If I buy a rotunda VCM1 will that be okay to use with the online SDD as well?
