There’s no gasket or anything between the throttle body and the intake manifold. No gasket, no recommended paste, nothing. It’s gold old fashions, straight on metal on metal action!
it always looks like an ideal spot to have something there, but nothing actually goes there. It took me awhile to believe it too.
