Hello, I am new to this forum and would like to say hello to all before I start! I have recently bought a 2010 XJL 5.0 supercharged. While I was getting it cleaned at the car care Center the sun roof blinds apparently came out of their tracks and whenever you try to operate them you can hear the motors ooperate in a very noisy way And the blinds do not move. Took us a long story short I took the car to a shop that specializes in sunroofs. And the blinds do not move. Took a long story short I took the car to a shop that specializes in some roofs. Apparently what they told me, is that the previous owner replaced the parts which attach the blinds to the tracks with replacement parts that are not genuine. I am not really sure what these are called but from what I read are these thugs sunroof blind feet? Really sorry if my question is naive. Another question I have, my navigation system doesn’t seem to have any Maps downloaded does anyone know how I can do that?
