Default Supercharged Air Suspension

My rear driver wheel is low to the ground. I bought a icarsoft lr v3.0. But the scanner is reading as no error codes. The dash on the car says the car is to low. What could be the issue. Can the scanner be used to raise the vehicle?

Are your height sensors connected? Is the compressor running? Bag leaking?

How would I know if they they are connected? The other three wheels are going up and down. I’m not getting any error on the screen even though they show on the dash.

I have become somewhat of an x351 air suspension expert of unwittingly over the past year since my project XJL came to me with a suspension that was not working. I wouldn't necessarily get too deep in the weeds initially. Sometimes it's a very easy explanation. To start with, is this vehicle new to you? Has the suspension been working until now it's not working? To answer your question specifically, yes you can raise the suspension and a couple of different ways with scanners. It can be done with SDD and I know it can be done with Xtool D7 scan tool because that's what I have and I've used both. I don't know anything about your particular model of scanner. If it happens to have special functions, then what you are going to look for something mentioning showroom under air suspension. Basically if left long enough the air will go completely out no matter what. This often happens and off in showrooms that they happen to have a special routine that will lift it back up for that very reason. One other funny thing that I realized and it was driving me crazy. Is that if you have the doors open, the air suspension will not raise under normal circumstances and I guess it's because they don't want someone to hurt themselves because of a raising suspension even though it goes as slow as molasses. Though that is only under normal operation circumstances that if you have the door open and you invoke the show room routine I do think that it will raise. Also in the rear junction box there is a large Maxi 60 amp fuse and a 40 amp fuse. I can't remember which is which, but you're going to want to check both of those to see if one of them is busted. And it's not unusual that it doesn't throw a code though. It should if it's unable to communicate, but if for instance if the fuse is blown, that's only the operation of the actual pump and doesn't have anything to do with the module communicating with the ECU so I don't think it would throw a code. The only thing you would get is information from the ride height sensors which you are seeing on your dash as vehicle too low.

Get under your car and inspect what RoverJoe suggested. Can you DIY any of this? Do you have a scanner? What one?
If not your only choice is to take to a shop.
