This subject has been addressed on many threads so far. Do a search on TPMS and you will find your answer. As for Rock Auto I have bought many items from them from Valeo wipers to Bilstein rear air suspension/ shocks at the best prices and proper parts sent and installed.
I ended up searching #BH52-1A159-CA on eBay and grabbing one of those China copies 4 for $40 kits that seems to work for others. fingers crossed. I could not find anyone trying out the VDO or the Schrader.
One Kasuga Silver wheel is getting straightened and power coated, they refused to weld my polished finish Kasuga set, one damaged and previously welded. So I will need to warm up to the spare silver set I had picked up for emergency. Silver seems to give it a more sporty look. Whereas the polished set was classier more upscale, but the polished tend to corrode and look dirtier quick. The polished wheels are unobtainium in the used market so I’ll shelve them or sell individually.
Dirty polished front and clean silver rear.
Anyways I’ll post my sensor results when I get it all together.

Although my personal experience with Jaguar TPMS sensors applies to our former XF, I'll just add my $0.02 worth, just for grins.......
In 2012, when we bought our first XJ-L, it meant that our XF was going to be relegated to year round duty, so I purchased 4 aftermarket wheels and 4 snow tires for it. TPMS sensors, of course, were also needed. I had recently retired from full-time work, but was working part-time, for a little "walking around money", at my local Advance Auto Parts store. Since I got a substantial employee discount on any parts I bought, I purchased 4 aftermarket TPMS sensors from the store.
Long story short, the aftermarket sensors just wouldn't work with the XF. Being an employee, I had a direct line to the company reps available to me, and we had several discussions, back and forth, trying to trouble shoot the problem. In the end, they obtained 4 OE sensors and sent them to me, and took back the aftermarket sensors, hoping that they could figure out what the problem was, before it happened with others in their customer base. I never did find out if they found the cause of the incompatibility, but installing the OE sensors fixed the issue......

Awesome looking X351. If that picture was park right in front of your workplace, I believe your co-employees are drooling on your car whenever they see it

Ok, another stupid question. On our 2013 XJ I cannot figure out how to view the current tire pressure in the tires? On our 2012 Infinity M37 I can pull up the Info section and press Tire pressure and all 4 tires show fine but nothing I have found on the Jag will do that? Is this not avail on this year/model JAG and if not is there an APP that might be used to do this? Thanks
Ken

Thank you sir.
It’s parked in a Hooters parking lot lol. I was just driving around that day. Warming up to silver wheels still. It looks cleaner with them and matches the dull aluminum window trim. Sensors are on the way. The gentleman who sold it asked what frequency. I hope 315 is the US spec like everyone says.
The car does not give an actual pressure like my GL550 does, that car you can actually set your desired pressure for alerts. Jaguar has a little catching up. My biggest issue is lack of remote start.

The 2016 and up shows the actual tire pressure and has remote start.
The VDOs worked for me on my US market 2010 XJL. My understanding is that Jaguar changed the TPMS sensors multiple times. But I’m pretty sure the 2010-2013 can all use those VDOs you linked. VDO is the OEM so it should work properly as it did for me. Just install and drive 1-2 minutes for the light to disappear. No programming necessary.
I don’t know, perhaps they won’t last the full 7-8 years. So far, though, I’ve had the VDOs from Rock Auto installed for 2.5 years on two sets of rims (eight total sensors) and they’ve all worked flawlessly. They come with a 1-year warranty and cost ~$45 each. They are OEM and are alleged to be identical to the dealer product. So I’ve been happy with them. The biggest concern I had going in was compatibility, as Jaguar has allegedly changed the sensor several times in the last 10 years. But the SE52029 model was correct for my 2010.
So, here is my question: From all I have read Jaguar sends a 315 Hz signal via BT to the recieving unit in the car but it doesn't display active pressure in the 2010-2015 Jags for some reason. Well, I am wondering if the OBD2 reader can detect that signal and then I can configure a TPMS display on my Android device (Phone or Tablet) which I have running currently a OBD2 application that shows a lot of items on it about the car. Any thoughts???
Has technology made us so lazy that we won't take 2 minutes (or less) every 2-3 weeks to walk around the car first thing in the morning when the tires are cold and use a digital tire pressure gauge to check each tire?
If you have a flat, you have three choices: (1) put on the spare, if you have one, and get dirty; (2) wait for the tow truck to get there, and get frustrated; or (3) try to reinflate that tire and drive to a shop to get it fixed.
My choice is #3, but you can't do it without a 12 volt tire inflator. Either buy one or keep a Bible in your trunk and pray that you never get a flat. The choice is up to you.
It isn't about being lazy or new toys, I want to know when I am driving how my tire pressure looks and if you can check it while the car is in motion with your tire guage please show me how! I can test my tires every week in the garage but when we take a road trip I want to see how they are, here in TEXAS my tires fluxuate 5-7 pounds per tire depending on the temp and I want to know. I can start in the morning with 31 pounds and end up higher or lower depending on the temps...
Ken, I understand and share your concerns because tires (and brakes) are a vehicle's most important safety systems. Although tires have evolved and improved greatly over the years, some basic truths are still the same - flats happen and tires don't maintain themselves (although my wife believes they do. )
I'm as OCD about tires as you are, and love my wife's 2018 Acura MDX Advance because, among other things, the pictogram display in between the tach and speedo can be selected to show the tire pressure at each wheel in real time. But do I need to know that information all the time I'm driving? No, because a warning light and chime will alert the driver if the pressure drops to an unsafe level. But what about too high a pressure after driving for a while in Hotlanta? I'm not worried about it when I know that the cold tire pressures are OK, since that takes higher pressures while driving into account. My wife disagrees, because she's comforted to know that information. Each to their own.
Sure, I'd really like to have that real-time TPMS display on my XKR and XJ. Because I don't, I have no problem with checking the tire pressures the old-fashioned way.
Life is short. My goal is to worry less, live longer, and enjoy the ride!
