I don’t know if it does what it claims, but if I was in your situation I think I’d investigate the topic, and contact the seller to know if they guarantee compatibility for a X351, esp for what they call their « all key lost » feature.

I stand corrected, I played with SDD today and it certainly seems that keys can be replaced without the ignition on. I assumed the JLR process would be similar to BMW, that they would have to program (and cut) the key based on VIN.
As has been previously stated, ensure you have a healthy battery and a substantial power supply connected. I use a Mongoose cable, as long as you get your interface connected to SDD it should be fine.
In SDD, in the Service Functions is the option to "Replace faulty/lost keys" and that should get you taken care of. I did not progress past the function screen shown below. From what I have read, they need to be new "virgin" keys. I have gotten genuine new Jaguar keys off eBay for $25-30, I prefer the quality over the cheap alternatives. That still does not get you the physical key blade, but as I said previously if you can get one then it can be duplicated by any decent locksmith for relatively cheap.

I have a Brand New H8 AGM Battery in it plus a Backup H8 Battery. I'm still waiting to receive the key Fobs ( I ordered 2) and the Cable. Postal has been so slow. I was going to try with the power supply I have before ordering a new one.
I know you're only supposed to do this with a power supply connected, but I'm usually too lazy to connect a power supply and never have a problem. I've modified the CCF and added keys on battery power alone. It's not advisable, but it is possible. As mentioned, SDD won't let you begin unless the battery is over a certain voltage anyway.

Luckily I have 3 Power Supplies I can use. Its just a waiting game to receive. I ordered alot of parts

Alright I ran into an issue, I got everything i needed finally and go through the lost keys option but toward the end it states I need to download some file to continue but I can't download the file. I'm using SDD V168
After banging my head against the wall for hours I finally got it. I had to do a clean install of Windows 11 on my Laptop and installed SDD V167, After that I was able to execute the procedure and I now have 2 Functioning Smarts Keys for the Car. Was also able to start the car but got a Flashing CEL and heavy Gas smell. Car probably been sitting for months.
Flashing CEL and gas smell is pointing to the leaking injectors.
Note: Lot of counterfeight injectors on the market. Search a topic on this forum.
Letting it run I'm getting misfires on every cylinder
Codes that came through
P001D-13 Intake (A) camshaft profile control circuit/open - Bank 2
P0660-13 Intake Manifold tuning valve control - circuit open - bank 1
P0087-00 Fuel rail/system pressure - too low
P0313-00 Misfire Detected with low Fuel
You might have faulty fuel pump, With insufficent pressure the injectors dont create fine spray.
Check engine cable harmness for possible lose connectors or faulty wires. Is it naturaly aspirated engine?

I'm checking over harness. I see the throttle body plug is damaged but I'm making my way through it. Is it possible having non of the interior electronics in it can cause problems as well
