Hello!

I have a problem with the massage on my drivers seat. The massage turns on as usual, but the stop button on the screen is grayed out and I have to turn off the engine to make it stop. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with the front passenger seat, so would be interested in the answer too.

Additionally - the driver seat massage function is permently greyed out and cannot be used.

Not a 'fix' but I believe Jaguars SDD software can perform a seat module reset that temporarily restores normal operation.

Fingers crossed someone has solved this problem and reads this post
