I have never seen an XJ convertible before and it sure does look odd! It's a LWB with the rear window shades. Also has rear tray tables. Quality of the conversion seems pretty good from the pictures too.
Not my cup of tea as they say but it is a striking car. Built by Newport Convertible Engineering and is suppose to be a one of one and a $50K conversion cost. I can certainly believe that!
Top down.

With the top up. I guess it has a manually raised top. I could only imagine how complicated a power convertible top would be on an XJ.
It's for sale on EBay and I wonder if it will sell? They call it an XJ8 but that is wrong. 2011 Jaguar XJ Convertible

With the tremendous amount of metal removed from the top and all 4 doors that has to impact how solid the car is. I wonder if they beefed up the under carriage due to the lack of a roof?

I unashamedly love it, but... these cars can hardly be jacked up to replace a wheel without warping the entire frame. Cutting the roof off definitely removes what little structural rigidity was left.
