upgraded my cat - 2012 XJL
i was getting sick of my XF and was offered an INCREDIBLE deal to turn it in 4 months early and grab an XJL Portfolio. got it in Rhodium Silver with Cashew interior...........it took me about a whole 10 seconds to decide it was the one.
this is my 5th Jag, i usually get the XJ Vanden Plas....but I had 2 of them in the X350 body style and they didnt have the X351 last time I was shopping, so i ended up with the XF.........and although it is a great car...i was getting bored of it
this one however is absolutely AMAZING....every little piece of it.
there are a few things that annoy me.
- the bluetooth doesnt automatically connect to my phone.
- The sunroof requires a "double close".
- the memory seats only moves the steering wheel on exit position.....my older Jags used to move the seat as well.
- heated steering wheel now a separate button, no longer tied with the heated seat
- center screen is a little slow
- the key is HUGE
- the internal harddrive is limited to number of CD's as opposed to hard drive space (as it SHOULD be)
..theres a few little other things that annoy me, but seem to all be forgotten once i push the pedal

thanks guys.
thank you for being so understanding of my XJ hardships. im trying my best to cope
it just shocks me how some things came across the Operations team at Jaguar and they agreed that it was ok. including some things that past cars used to have that dont have anymore.
