Water in passanger footwell
Hello, another problem only a week into ownership
After a rain storm last night I have come to find a small swimming pool in my passanger feont footwell.
I have check the scuttle in the engine bay and it looks clear
No water has come though the pollon filter.
Any ideas where the sunroof drain comes out ? Since i cant get to the drain under the glass ?
Any other thoughts welcome !

You have done the basics. One thing that is not common but has been reported are the moon roofs drains as you posted.
Next I would get someone in the car and then have a second person use a water hose and go over the top and watch for water inside. You can also watch for water coming out of the drains on the ground. Kind of like what happens with the AC system. Spray water on the outside of the door seams/seals as well because those rubber seals if not in place correctly have caused leaks before.
Have you seen wet door panels or A pillar covers or any dampness in the headliner?
I might even remove the passenger side door card to see if the interior is damp or shows signs of previous water.
I know the car is new to you but any chance the windshield has been replaced?
Since your in the UK (I think?) I will assume the car has seen salt and we have had several threads about rust and corrosion on the tracks where the roof glass panels move back and forth. May not be related to your water leak but open the glass all the way and then take a look from outside and check for rust and what not. Might be a good idea to lubricate the channels.

update -
stripped down the B pillar and removed the head liner ( only front part )
after looking for the " internal drains" that are not real on a 2010,
I Pried the windscreen very gently so there was a small gap and resealed with flexible silicone sealant left it 24 hours and retested, no more water.

after looking for the " internal drains" that are not real on a 2010,
- i cleared the drains under the plastic covers on the out side of the windscreen - still leaking
- after running water down the channels i found water ingress by the heated windscreen ribbon
- took a plastic pry tools on the windscreen to find that the it has split away from the seal
