I agree, but to the young and upcoming "techhies", it is, much to the disappointment of us "old traditionalists".....

I have to admit I was very disappointed when I saw the online configuration for the new XJ's. I have the blue leather dash with blue carpets and ivory seats with blue piping and it's perfection.

I did manage to configure an XJL I liked although I doubt I'd ever see it done in anything but a custom order (Black or blue with white seats + black dash + jet headliner), but couldn't make an XJ I was 100% pleased with. Very sad to see all the options go.

But they even got that wrong by putting the regular V8 in it instead of the TOTL engine spec at the time. And therefore can't be ultimate in my books....
