Hi
Can someone please post links to replace wiper blades of my 2013 jag xjl. At $130 for the pair, OEM seem overly priced. Which is the best aftermarket one?
thanks
I used Valeo from Rock Auto. Appearance identical to OE (may be the supplier?). Great performance, and they are bayonet-style, so no adaptor necessary to fit the Jaguar arm.
Use caution when replacing. This sounds condescending, but at least one member of this forum has cracked their windshield when the bare arm snapped back against the glass. If you think $130 is an expensive replacement ....
They have listed 19" which is I assume for the right side. All websites agree on the 19" - I assume it is on the right.
For the left one - Rock auto lists both 22" and 23". Which one should I select?
i had one set of these which i thought i would try out, only had them fitted for 3 months but they did not perform well and were noisy on my glass which was massively annoying. Jaguar agent fitted new Bosch blades at my next B service and cannot be happier.
am not sure as to why you are paying so much just for wiper blades.
B.
I can't imagine that the price and availability of anything in Australia would be of much help to the someone looking for price/availability of anything in Milwaukee.

+1 on Rock Auto as a source.
And: ++1 on taking extreme care on handling the wiper arm with the blade off.
My wife's windshield cracked from the edge up almost half way up when the arm slipped & smacked the windshield.
Thankfully I was able to repair that crack with a rain-ex windshield repair kit before my wife got to see it - she would've mandated a whole windshield replacement, which I have as of yet to have a seemlessly successful experience with one of those.
So now, any time I need to lift a wiper arm & take off the blade, I ALWAYS place a rolled-up towel under the wiper arm to support it up off of the windshield, assuming that while I'm holding it up, it will slip out of my hand.
The springs on the wiper arms are particularly strong, and there is nothing that comes between the end of the arm if the blade's removed.

Just measure your existing wiper blades and buy the same sizes!

In the time it took you to type this, you could have looked it up on the Web! 22 inch.
