Default Before I buy...

I am looking at a very clean 2005 Vanden Plas with less than 65k miles on it. What mechanical issues should I be concerned with and/or be in store for if I buy this car ?

Welcome to the forum jonny2times,

I've moved your question from Jaguar Forums Advice / Feedback & Suggestion Center to X305 forum. Members here with the same model you are considering buying will be able to help.

When you get a minute, please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

I hope the deal works out and you are soon a Jaguar owner.

Graham

Oops Graham! Jonny wants an X350... though we're still waiting for his Hello.

I hear that the rear air ride shocks can be troublesome on those early X350s. True?
