Hearing a air release sound after killing car and closing driver door. Also sometimes when i hit unlock on remote. Anything to be concerned about? No lights are on

A 'whoosh' of air is normal when shutting down the engine after a run. The ASM is programmed to exhaust a bit of air back through the compressor to blow water out of the water trap. My previous X350 had quite a pronounced whoosh, but my current X358 is much quieter. Maybe Jaguar quietened it to stop owners worrying about a possible fault

Doesn't the car add, or vent air, with any significant weight change, in the car, to keep it level?

Yes. It is quite normal to hear sounds from the suspension system periodically as the computer wakes up to do its levelling action.
