1997 XJ6 with code P0139

Hello I am new to the Jaguar forums...I love my 1997 XJ6..but having issues with it.
Last code I got today was P0139 02 sensor ckt slow response bank 1 sensor 2....am I correct at saying these sensors are right off the back of the head before the cats ?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Also went twice now for an inspection and it failed to read the computers...
