Hello all, im new to the forum and to owning a jag and had something a bit odd happen last weekend when i was on my way out.

I started the car turned on the A/C all was fine and then about 25 meters down the road the car stopped so hmmmmmm odd i thought, turned it off and turned it back on again and then there was a bit of a judder and the A/C stopped working......

So being somewhat mechanically minded i though ha must be the compessor clutch has seized, now not wanting to go straight out and just throw god only knows how much at a new compressor i thought i would put the question out there to see if anyone had any ideas, the Climate control system (Touch Screen) is still working but the compressor is not engaging at all so not getting any cold air. I've been sifting through manuals to see if there is a fuse or a relay that maybe causing the issue but havent found anything yet.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
