I just purchased a 2004 XJ8 with about 56,000 miles on it. It's extremely clean and the owner (2nd) was older and seemed very honest. When I got it home and opened the trunk I noticed the carpet in the trunk compartment is gray but the interior is a brown/tan (it's a black car).

Is this something Jaguar did or was the carpet in the trunk changed at one time?? Maybe indicating an accident or something serious? The car had a clean car fax.

I have the ivory(cream) interior and the trunk is grey as well. I think they all have grey trunk upholstery.

 

Yep my interior is Black but boot is grey also, carpet and liners!!

 

My interior is Sand (ivory) but my trunk lining and floor is grey as well.

 

My trunk is grey. The car is slate and interior grey. The truck matches the interior carpet.

 

All 2004 and up xjs come with that light grey trunk liner

Now you can change the color if you want only four pieces and a flap

 

Can try Weathertech in Canada. They made custom fit car carpets.
