Hello, New here.
I have a Jaguar XJ8 VP that sometimes it will drive with no problem and the next time it will start but not accelerate and go into limp mode. I can't figure out the problem. Has anyone ever had this problem or heard of it. Please let me know how to correct this issue. Thanks Brad.

Catalytic converters partially plugged?

 

No need to guess... restricted performance is usually triggered by a code set in the ECM. It will remain stored as a history code even if it goes away the next drive.
