Default Affordable Exhaust System Available

Hey Gang.

I have a friend that is getting his business off the ground building performance exhaust systems. We will be fitting my 04 XJR and creating a jig to reproduce it very soon. All the technical details will come I've included some pictures of his work on the RX8 system he offers. Checking to see if who else might want one for the right price.

Probably looking for a nice crossflow resonator rear mufflers and perhaps a cat delete option. The Borla xs or dynomax ultraflows give a nice not to loud sound...Just saying:O)

Haven't decided on exactly what to do yet. It seems like there is more sound and performance gained from the mid section. but probably would just do the entire system. He could certainly offer it in sections and depending on what is wanted for resonators/ mufflers will greatly determine the price. Could do highflow cats ect

Since I just did an X pipe mod (removed center resonators), I'd be interested in an axle back system (rear section).

Any target price points you'd like to see (realistically of course) could likely get a slightly above "cost" on the first few systems.

personally id like stainless and 2.5". As for cost. It depends. Generally companies add a premium to "JAGUARS"... Id say on the cheap side without catalytic converters Around $1,000 Includes 1 x type center resonator, 2 mufflers and 2 exhaust tips all stainless with band clamp connections. Now if you put jaguar in the name a company would generally charge double. This is mandrel bent of course. I got an estimate for a non mandrel bent exhaust for $300 in stainless with me supplying the mufflers and tips. So really I'm adding another 300 for the mandrel bent system but not installed. He should just go by what he charged for other systems. These cars exhaust wise are not very difficult to do and pretty straight forward
