Default Air Susp Reset?

I purchased this 2005 Super V8 for parts. I could only look at pictures prior to buying so when it arrived I was very happy to only replace the positive battery cable, rear brake lines, right doors and now I'am swapping out the air struts and was wondering, do I need to do some sort of reset to get the air pump working again? I swapped out the front struts and still getting the same fault message, and it's sitting very low. When I first powered the car up the rear would raise up to the correct level but not the front so I swapped out the fronts with good used struts.

I have been comparing strut sizes and it looks like XF struts are the same size. Anyone ever tried?

I didnt know the miles until a replaced the cable so imagine my joy when I turned the key and saw 56k miles

Pull out the compressor relay and jump to power it up and make sureit works. Many times after ive repaired a car thats had a leaker in front for awhile it seems to not try and raise. Ive either commanded to raise with sdd(you dont have) but also i can usually get it up by driving around in the parking lot and cycling the key a few times. Some comeup right away, some take longer

Really? It's possible to remove the fault from cycling the key and driving it?
Don't you need a WDS? Is it possible to jump the compressor to have it raise?
