Does anyone have the full specs on the Alpine speakers that come with the Audiophile edition X350s? (specifically '07 if there is a difference in years)

I'm looking to upgrade the speakers on my car. 2 mids are dead, so I figured I would replace all 4 door mid-ranges, and maybe the 2 subs if it makes sense... I'm thinking I'll avoid changing the tweeters as it looks like more work than the screw in/out nature of the door speakers...

All that said, I wanted to make sure any new speakers I got were indeed better than the Alpines (or else I'll just replace the two Alpines with working used replacements).

The part numbers were easy enough to find but no specs on the speakers themselves...
